It is my goal to help people through difficult times and communicate better within their families. I would like to support individuals, couples and families as they learn to manage what feels too hard to do on their own. I have worked extensively supporting youth and families through post traumatic events, anger issues, anxiety, depression and adjustments. I want to help support you through this difficult time or time of adjustment.

I am a strong believer that personal growth, change, and self-improvement are attainable for anyone willing to make the decision to try. I have a long list of personal experiences that have brought me to a point in life where I can now reach out and help others therapeutically. If you are feeling stuck in your life or in a situation that feels hopeless, you do not have to suffer through it alone. I would be honored to join you right where you are and begin establishing the right tools for you to get unstuck and to find that hope that was lost or missing. Primarily, I have clinical experience working with adolescents struggling with ADHD, depression, anxiety, suicidality, autism, and oppositional defiance. Secondarily, my personal experiences fuel my desire to work with young/teen mothers, first responders and spouses/family members of first responders.

It is my goal to help you feel koselig with yourself, amidst the difficulties of life. Koselig is a Norwegian term used to describe an all-encompassing sense of comfort one experiences when they feel “at home”.

Whether you are coping with a difficult life transition, like pregnancy or postpartum, graduating college, questioning your faith, moving, or switching careers, chances are that anxiety is showing up in your life like never before. You deserve space to slow down and get more in touch with your emotions and needs, enabling you to feel koselig with yourself.

I am a licensed counselor in the states of GA and FL, and am a CPCS in the state of GA which qualifies me to supervise other counselors. I am trained in Gottman Method for couples (through level 3) and additionally trained in helping couples recover from affairs. I am also certified in EMDR, a trauma therapy, ERP, DBT and more. My clients know me as someone who will help them take a nonjudgmental approach to their situation, connect with deep needs that they have long ignored, and work to strengthen emotional connections in their lives.

I help women heal from the devastating aftermath of sexual betrayal, infidelity, and other forms of intimate partner betrayal. I am a Certified Sex Therapist (CST), Certified Clinical Partners Specialist (CCPS), and Certified Sexual and Relational Trauma Therapist (CSRTT).

My clients are often facing the painful aftermath of infidelity and trying to pick up the pieces of their life. You may feel overwhelmed with emotions, struggle with obsessive thoughts, have physical symptoms of stress, and may feel completely alone and unsure what to do next. I can help you alleviate your trauma symptoms, manage triggers, learn strategies to work through the pain, silence the inner voice telling you that you're not good enough and achieve a state of calmness again.
